Two Ways to Send or Receive Secure Documents
There are two ways to make sure that the information that is attached to your cloud emails is secure. Either way, Away RJN Cryptography is your solution.
- Encrypt the info using Public Key encryption. See the details here E-Mail Encrypted Files. Use this when you have no direct contact with the recipient.
The advantage with this method is that the only person who can decrypt the file is the recipient. And neither you nor the recipient knows each other's password.
- Send the attachment using your private Away RJN Cryptography encryption. This is only practical when you are able to privately disclose a password to the recipient.
You should select a "travelling" password that is decided on by you and the recipient. Just make sure it doesn't get mixed in with your regular password items..
Simply attach that encrypted file to your email.
After sending, you can decrypt it and encrypt it with your own private password and your recipient can do the same.
| For Windows Only Runs on 64-bit with no problem. Each of these are one-time charges. |
